Here is Abby last year on Halloween as a kitty. I have to say that when I looked at this picture, I totally laughed out loud because her legs were so puney that it appears she hasn't got any at all.
And here is Abby showing an equal amount of excitment about dressing up this year. She does have her new best pal Monkey to comfort her. Yes, I was lame and didn't bother to do more than a skeleton hoodie but really, can you blame me? My friend lent me a flower hat that she made for her daughter when she was Abby's age and the moment it touched Abby's scalp, she freaked. I still think she was a cutie this year (and last) even though she looks a little panicked.
Also, we had three groups of trick or treaters. I think this is a record high. If you want to get all the candy to yourself, live accross the street from a cemetery on Halloween. Bwa ha ha! And yum.

I loved the picture of Abby last year--I love how tolerant kids are of all the weird things us parents want to do.
And is it really 2010 already!?
Sheesh, thanks Laura. 2010 is just so much funner to say "twenty-ten." Thanks for the heads-up! :)
so did your neighborhood do trunk or treat??? Ours did and we had 3 door bell rings after that. I think we should ban trunk or treat. Darren says it right.... they need to work for that candy!
We seem to get thousands of trick-or-treaters! I wouldn't mind getting 3 groups. I love the skeleton hoodie. But really hoodies in any form are good with me. Abby looks adorable in it.
